Membership Fee Inclusions
Unlimited office visits for primary care needs, including preventive, chronic, and acute care covered within the scope of practice.
Annual comprehensive physical examination with age-appropriate preventive screening.
Same-day or next-day sick visits when clinically appropriate.
Direct secure messaging with your physician for medical questions and follow-up.
Coordination of care with specialists, including referrals and review of outside records when needed.
In-office services such as EKGs, Pap smears, cryotherapy for skin tags and warts, and in-house testing for UTI, strep, flu, and COVID.
Ongoing management of chronic conditions and women’s midlife health concerns as outlined in the services provided.
Lifestyle and preventive counseling related to nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and overall health.
